Where to start to begin reloading ammo?

i would like to begin reloading ammunition on my own. Where is a good place to start. Is there a decent kit i can buy or should i buy the equipment piece by piece

RCBS, Hornady,Redding and Dillon have great products that you can get in kits. You need a press,scale,powder dispenser,a case trimmer and a lubrication pad,plus the dies for the specific calibers you are reloading.Need a powder trickler to get the powder weights right too.Most kits will come with a reloading manual of some type.The die sets also come with excellent instructions.
A tumbler for the cases is also a good idea.

Before you get started big time realize it takes time to learn and practice. There are DVDs and videos to help, along with manuals. Finding someone who reloads currently is a great source. Many larger sports stores will have reloading clinics, places like Cabela's,Sportsman's Warehouse, maybe a few more. Some Community Colleges might even have some classes. Expect to spend some to get started, but it pays in the long run. Best thing is you are making cartridges that work best for YOUR gun. You can choose the powder load, bullet weights and types, and tune the rounds to match what you shoot. Most people will save money reloading, especially when factory prices are so high.
